How the work is done
- Screen: To determine merits of the case and estimate time required for full analysis.
- Organize Medical Records: Place medical records in chronological order. Identify any "missing" records or additional needed documents.
- Chronology: Summarize the case in table format.
- Medical Review: Identify the key aspects of the case.
- Compliance: Identify deviations and/or adherence to standards of care and correlate them with damage or causation issues.
- References: Obtain credible supporting references and medical, nursing and scientific literature standards and guidelines.
- Experts: Determine the types of testifying experts needed.
- Interview Support: Develop relevant questions for deposition and trial questioning. Assist in analysis of testimony.
- Report: Summarize all opinions and give recommendations.
- Tangible Support: Develop charts, graphs, presentation materials as requested.
- Trial Materials: Develop medical record binders with tabs and references as requested.
